A once off fee at the outset of the lease equivalent to one month’s rental + VAT is levied at the start of your lease. Should you choose this option Apex Property Management will advise you on rental achievable, source a tenant and attend to all necessary background checks before concluding a lease agreement.
A fee of 10% of monthly rental actually collected + VAT is levied each month for the duration of the lease. Should you elect this option we will attend to all the steps set out in option 1 AND we will attend to manage all aspects of your lease for the duration of the lease period.
